Gear Up for the Wait – Understanding Your Order's Journey

At TT Armoury, we partner with specialized, high-quality manufacturers across the globe to create your custom gear on-demand. This ensures freshness, reduces waste, and allows us to offer a wide range of products. Because of this, please be aware that production times and shipping origins will vary.

1. Processing & Production Time

  • What it is: This is the time it takes for our manufacturing partners to create your item(s) before they are shipped.

  • Our Promise: We aim to have all items dispatched from the manufacturer within 3-7 business days of you placing your order.

  • Please Note: This is a separate timeframe from the actual shipping transit. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Production times can occasionally extend during peak seasons or due to high demand.

2. Shipping Origins & Transit Times

Your order may be shipped from one of several fulfillment centers, depending on the product type and your location to ensure the fastest delivery.

  • Crusade Journals & Books: Typically fulfilled and shipped from within the United Kingdom or the European Union.

  • Apparel & Merch (T-shirts, Hoodies, etc.): Fulfilled and shipped from locations in the UK, EU, or the USA.

The table below provides estimated shipping transit times after your item has been produced and dispatched.

Please Note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping carrier performance, customs delays, and weather can impact these timeframes.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following:

  • The items in your cart and their sizes/weights.

  • Your shipping destination.

  • The specific manufacturing partner fulfilling each item.

You will see the full shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from the manufacturer, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your order's progress. If you have not received this email within 7 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at TheTTArmoury@gmail.com 

5. Multiple Item Orders & Split Shipments

If your order contains items from different product categories (e.g., a journal and a t-shirt), they will often be produced and shipped from different locations. You may receive them in separate packages on different days. You will only be charged the initial shipping cost quoted at checkout; we cover any additional shipping fees for split shipments.

6. Customs, Import Taxes, and Duties (International Orders)

  • For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that you are the importer of record.

  • Any customs, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the customer's responsibility.

  • TT Armoury has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest contacting your local customs office for more information.
